Head – Marketing, Branding & AutomationRole Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and growth-oriented Head – Marketing,
Branding & Automation to lead the institute's marketing strategy and
build a robust admission generation ecosystem. This role goes beyond
social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
creating structured lead generation systems, implementing CRM and
automation processes, improving inquiry-to-admission conversion, and
enhancing SIRE's brand visibility and credibility across Ahmedabad and
Gujarat. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of branding,
admission funnels, automation tools, CRM management, lead nurturing,
outreach campaigns, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Strategy

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for SIRE.

Define and strengthen the institute's brand positioning in the real
estate education sector.

Build marketing systems that generate high-quality inquiries and
admissions.

Improve brand visibility through online and offline initiatives.
Admission Funnel Management

Design and optimize the complete student acquisition journey.

CRM & Marketing Automation

Establish and manage CRM-driven workflows and automation systems,

Walk-in confirmations

Payment reminders

Student onboarding communication

Qualifications:
