Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales through both Retail and Project channels in the Ahmedabad market.
• Appoint, develop, and manage dealers and distributors to expand market presence.
• Generate business from architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring profitable business growth.
• Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, collections, and after-sales support.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management.

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of mandatory experience in the Tiles industry.
• Strong exposure to both Retail Sales and Project Sales .
• Good network of dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and project customers in Ahmedabad.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Background

• Experience with Vitrified Tiles, GVT, PGVT, Ceramic Tiles, or Building Materials.
• Candidates currently working as Area Sales Manager, Senior Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, or equivalent will be preferred.
