Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business growth across the assigned North India region.
  • Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
  • Increase market share by identifying new business opportunities and expanding distribution.
  • Handle both Retail and Project Sales through builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and identify competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely collections, credit control, and dealer profitability.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional activities, product launches, and branding initiatives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in the Tiles, Ceramics, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Paints, Adhesives, or Construction Materials industry.
  • Proven experience in handling North India or multiple states with a strong dealer/distributor network.
  • Strong exposure to Retail Sales, Channel Sales, and Project Sales.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Experience in managing regional sales teams and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • MBA/Graduate preferred.
