Charge, and Outdoor Tiles, with a strong dealer network and multiple
experience centers across India.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business growth across the assigned North India region.

Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.

Increase market share by identifying new business opportunities and
expanding distribution.

Handle both Retail and Project Sales through builders, architects, interior
designers, contractors, and developers.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers and Sales
Executives.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company
objectives.

Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and
identify competitor activities.

Ensure timely collections, credit control, and dealer profitability.

Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional activities,
product launches, and branding initiatives.

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports for
management.
Desired Candidate Profile
-
10–15 years of experience in the Tiles, Ceramics, Sanitaryware, Building
Materials, Paints, Adhesives, or Construction Materials industry.

Proven experience in handling North India or multiple states with a strong
dealer/distributor network.

Strong exposure to Retail Sales, Channel Sales, and Project Sales.

Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business development
skills.

Experience in managing regional sales teams and delivering revenue growth.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

MBA/Graduate preferred.
