Sales Manager - PVC Pipes & Water Tanks
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in
driving sales of PVC pipes and water tanks across Ghana and its bordering
countries. This position not only requires a strong understanding of the B2B
and B2C sales landscape but also a proven ability to lead and manage a diverse
team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the
PVC pipes and water tank sectors.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 sales professionals to ensure high
performance and motivation.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Ghana and neighboring
countries.

Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and stakeholders
to enhance brand loyalty.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to fine-tune sales
strategies effectively.

Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Oversee the execution of B2B and B2C sales initiatives to maximize revenue
growth.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the PVC pipes, water tanks, or
similar industries.

Proven track record in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment with experience
in Africa.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
