Demand Generation Manager who can help build a scalable demand generation
engine and create qualified business opportunities across international
markets.
About this Role
We are looking for a growth-focused marketing professional who understands how
to generate qualified B2B opportunities—not just website traffic or social
media engagement. The ideal candidate will build targeted campaigns, execute
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, and leverage marketing automation
to create a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads. This role is best
suited for someone who enjoys solving growth challenges, experimenting with
new channels, and using data to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation

Build and execute B2B demand generation campaigns for international markets.

Develop campaigns targeting architects, developers, hotel chains,
consultants, contractors, and design firms.

Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through multi-channel campaigns.

Build nurture journeys to move prospects through the buying cycle.
-
Focus on ROAS and generating transferable leads to the BD team.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
-
Identify high-value target accounts.
-
Develop personalized outreach strategies.
-
Create account intelligence and engagement plans.
Marketing Automation
-
Build automated email journeys and lead nurturing workflows.

Manage campaign automation, lead scoring, and audience segmentation.
CRM & Pipeline Management
-
Maintain CRM data, track campaign performance, and optimize pipeline
conversion through reporting and dashboards.
Performance Marketing
-
Manage LinkedIn and Google campaigns, optimize landing pages, and improve
campaign performance through A/B testing.
Sales Enablement
-
Develop sales collateral, campaign assets, proposal support, and
industry-specific messaging.
Analytics & Reporting
-
Analyze campaign performance, buyer behavior, and acquisition channels to
deliver actionable insights and growth reports.
