Branch Sales Manager - Home Loan and LAP through Direct Sales Team
Job Summary:
The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the direct
sales team to achieve sales targets for home loans and Loan Against Property
(LAP). This role is pivotal in driving business growth, fostering customer
relationships, and enhancing the brand's market presence in the home finance
sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual
sales targets for home loans and LAP.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and
improve sales performance.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to
enhance their skills and productivity.

Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, financial advisors,
and real estate agents to drive referrals.

Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up with leads
and nurturing client relationships.

Prepare and present monthly sales reports to senior management, highlighting
achievements and areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while
conducting sales activities.
Requirements:

Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales management within the home
finance sector or related fields.

Strong understanding of home loan products and Loan Against Property (LAP)
regulations.

sales team.
