and enhance overall client experience.

Challenge existing processes to identify redundant activities and
implement efficiency

Follow prescribed thumb rules and strictly adhere to guidelines published
by client expert teams.

Effectively use telephone communication to resolve issues promptly,
reducing dependency on prolonged email exchanges.

Escalate delays or issues from internal teams in a timely manner to ensure
client queries are resolved on time.
9.
Communicate clearly and professionally through email and telephone
conversations with clients and internal stakeholders.
10.
Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) periodically to ensure content
is complete, up to date, and relevant.
11.
Action any applicable regulatory requirements diligently in line with
compliance and governance standards.
