The role of Senior Analyst in Swift Monitoring is responsible to take in
charge of the Swift Alliance US application owner activities and monitoring
of Swift messages for AMER & PARIS in accordance with the strategy,
objectives key results and directions from the GSC QRM management.
As Senior Analyst, the staff is expected to:
· Perform the daily
exchange and maintenance of all RMA (Relationship Management Application)
for SG New York and ensure timely processing, administration and monitoring
after ROCS validation/approval is secured.
· Ensure the SWIFT
addresses on the SWIFT Alliance database are updated daily as new customers
are added / removed or names are changed due to mergers.
· Control quality of
the data on a monthly basis according to monthly BIC File
(additions/deletions) downloaded on SWIFT Alliance from SWIFTs web site.
· Monitor, investigate
and securely dispose of duplicate messages captured by SIDE DDA
· Securely route SWIFT
Broadcasts and other free format SWIFT messages and perform a daily
reconciliation with the Swift Alliance Report.
· Supervise global
SWIFT Message Monitoring Function on the U.S. SWIFT Alliance platforms
· Perform 'follow the
sun' processing using the BOT for the Incoming swift message via PRISM on
the World-Oper-Swift-Monitoring-message.
· Assist with the
Montran Static Data Maintenance activity by facilitating and performing
customer profile maintenance functions.
· Direct Debit Billing
- Based upon traffic volumes, a percentage of all Swift-related costs are
charged back to the RC’s of all units on the Swift System.
· The lead should show
100% adherence to SG operational norms (SOP’s, Checklist and Morse
declarations, SLAs etc).
· The lead should proactively inform any abnormalities, issues related to production, escalations, IT bugs, KPI/KRI deviations, Wrong reporting immediately to Manager
