Senior Analyst - Collateral Valuation Reporting

1.        Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of valuation for OTC derivatives and Structured Notes to counterparties and clients.

2.        Coordinate with multiple internal teams to resolve client queries within defined timelines and service level agreements.

3.        Provide continuous feedback to internal stakeholders to improve processes and enhance overall client experience.

4.        Challenge existing processes to identify redundant activities and implement efficiency ‑ driven improvements.

5.        Conduct brainstorming and problem ‑ solving sessions to identify gaps and areas for process enhancement.

6.        Follow prescribed thumb rules and strictly adhere to guidelines published by client expert teams.

7.        Effectively use telephone communication to resolve issues promptly, reducing dependency on prolonged email exchanges.

8.        Escalate delays or issues from internal teams in a timely manner to ensure client queries are resolved on time.

9.        Communicate clearly and professionally through email and telephone conversations with clients and internal stakeholders.

10.    Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) periodically to ensure content is complete, up to date, and relevant.

11.    Action any applicable regulatory requirements diligently in line with compliance and governance standards.

 

 

Experience

• Mandatory: 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Preferred: Prior role in OTC derivatives/collateral operations

Core Background (Mandatory)

• Banking Operations (OPS) background
• Strong client communications skills

Functional Knowledge (Preferred)

• Experience in trade valuation reporting
• Basic understanding of OTC Mark-to-Market (MtM) computation

Client Exposure (Preferred)

• Client-facing experience, including query resolution and coordination
