Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. This position involves implementing rigorous testing processes and maintaining compliance standards, contributing to the overall excellence and reliability of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes to improve product reliability and compliance.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of products at various stages of development to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
• Document and track defects using appropriate tools, facilitating effective communication and resolution between teams.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for product enhancements based on testing results and customer feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance to continuously improve methodologies.
• Train and mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role within a product development environment.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools, including automated and manual testing.
• Proficiency in creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is highly desirable.

Qualification:
Diploma in Engineering. Preferably Textile, Chemical / bachelor's degree in chemistry
