Job Description

 

  K ey Responsibility Areas

Objective Key Responsibilities (OKRs)

 

Understanding customer ESG goals Understand ESG reporting standards

Conduct peer review, attend ESG reporting meetings

Develop sustainability offerings by understanding client’s goals

Review and monitor the NetZero and sustainability plans developed for clients

Work along with internal engineering teams during post sales to engage with customer technical teams

Manage the client deliverables along with ESG partner

Develop and refine policies, procedures, and reporting formats related to sustainability

Monitor, analyze, and report on key sustainability metrics (carbon footprint, energy use, waste reduction) using recognized standards (e.g., GRI, CDP

Prepare and present sustainability reports to stakeholders

Lead and manage green projects (energy efficiency, waste reduction, circular economy initiatives) from conception to execution

Embed sustainability principles into all design stages by collaborating with architects, designers, and MEP consultants.

 

 

The SME - ESG & Sustainability will drive the integration of ESG principles into building design, construction, and operations. The role requires leveraging deep technical knowledge of MEP systems & BMS viz HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and energy management - to achieve carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, EDGE)

Knowledge sharing Capture Global trends/technologies in ESG and share with team

White Paper contribution at industry associations, technical magazines

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

 

1.                     10-15 years’ experience in sustainability field

2.                     Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., LEED AP, ISSP-SA).

3.                     Proven experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related roles.

4.                     Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks, and reporting standards.

5.                     Understanding of MEP services

 

 

1.                     Preferably BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Environmental engineering

2.                     Certification in ESG
