Resource Management

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day site execution activities to ensure timely completion of HVAC/MEP projects.
2. Manage subcontractors and labour contractors, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
3. Monitor daily manpower deployment, resource allocation, and work progress to achieve project milestones.
4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve site-related issues and maintain seamless project execution.
5. Review subcontractor work, certify measurements, and verify bills in accordance with contractual terms.
6. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
7. Track project progress, prepare MIS reports, and proactively mitigate execution risks and delays.
8. Oversee material planning, equipment utilization, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
9. Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and execution teams while driving operational excellence and cost optimization.
10. Ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines, budget, quality, and client satisfaction parameters.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree 
• 12-15 years of experience 
• Hands-on experience managing subcontractors, labour contractors, and large site workforces.
• Exposure to commercial buildings, data centers, hospitals, airports, industrial plants, or high-rise projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
