The Team Member - HVAC is responsible for managing HVAC-related projects,
ensuring timely submission of deliverables, and maintaining effective
communication with clients and vendors. The role includes overseeing technical
specifications, costing, logistics, and feedback from design and after-sales
activities while fostering collaboration with internal and external
stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibility Areas
Project Management
Set and manage project submission timelines.
Ensure timely responses to client queries and communications.
Vendor and Client Coordination Responsibilities
Evaluate vendor offerings and coordinate with vendors and
subcontractors.
Maintain clear communication with external stakeholders for project
requirements.
Team Oversight
Oversee quantification checks performed by subordinates.
Finalize costing rates in alignment with project budgets.
Technical and Design Feedback
Review and validate technical specifications of HVAC systems and
components.
Provide design feedback for improvement and integration.
Operational Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, Tendering &
Estimation (T&E), procurement, and after-sales teams.
Incorporate feedback from after-sales purchases into the project
lifecycle.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
Strong expertise in HVAC systems for MEP, commercial, and data center
projects.
Proven experience in project management, vendor coordination, and costing.
Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in HVAC project management.
Education and Certifications
B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Certifications: AutoCAD, Revit, Excel.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in quantification checks and cost estimation.
Strong understanding of HVAC technical specifications and design principles.
Familiarity with tendering processes and logistics coordination.
