DevOps + AWS

Key Responsibilities

4-7 years integrating AWS services: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, CloudFront, IAM, and third-party APIs.
- 4+ years scripting in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines on AWS or Azure; strong grasp of deployment automation and observability.
- Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native AI deployment architectures.
- Familiarity with Voice, IVR, Chat, and Messaging (SMS/WhatsApp) technologies.
- AWS or AI/ML certification (AWS AI Practitioner, ML Specialty, Azure AI Engineer, or equivalent).
- Ability to provide L3 application support and openness to learn new domains and technologies (e.g., Amazon Connect, contact centre technologies)
