• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance project execution and overall performance.

• Identify and mitigate risks, implementing proactive solutions to unforeseen challenges.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in managing luxury residential real estate projects.
