Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support business
growth across renewable energy segments, including Solar, Wind, and
Energy Storage & Oil & Gas.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, engineering, project
execution, O&M, commercial, and leadership hiring.

Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, manpower budgeting,
and talent forecasting.

Build strong talent pipelines for niche and critical roles within
Renewable Energy, EPC, and Power sectors.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring
objectives.

Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance the organization's
talent market presence.

Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media,
referrals, campus hiring, agencies, and industry networks.

Monitor and improve recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire,
Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and improve offer-to-joining
conversions.

Implement and optimize ATS, recruitment technologies, and talent
analytics.

Manage recruitment vendors, consultants, and hiring budgets.

Support organizational expansion, project mobilization, and
greenfield/brownfield staffing requirements.

Drive diversity hiring, succession planning, and recruitment governance
initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and hiring
standards.

Provide talent insights, hiring dashboards, and strategic
recommendations to senior leadership.
Preferred Profile
-
13–17 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant
leadership exposure.

Strong experience in Renewable Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, Power,
Manufacturing, or related industries.

Proven track record in large-scale and leadership hiring.

Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and recruitment
analytics capabilities.
