Our Quick Commerce (QCOM) business is focused on delivering reliable, fast, and affordable grocery experiences to customers in Tier 3/4/5 towns.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of our QCOM business.

This role will own the movement of inventory across dark stores, hubs, and stores ensuring high fill rates, low wastage, strong availability, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing operations in a quick commerce environment and be comfortable handling the pace and complexity of high-frequency fulfillment businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Own QCOM go-to-market for every new COCO store launch and/or new region launch assortment readiness, staffing, first-order acquisition, and ramp benchmarks from week 1 to week 12.

Own QCOM Operating KPIs Across The Network, Including

 

• OTIF (on-time, in-full)
• Customer experience - app rating, repeat rate, complaint TAT, NPS
• In-store inventory availability for QCOM SKUs
• Order fulfillment SLAs (pick time, dispatch time, delivery time)
• Rider productivity and per-order economics
• Store-level QCOM team productivity
• Own the QCOM P&L - contribution margin, fulfillment cost per order, packaging, returns, wastage, and store-level unit economics.
• Build the operating muscle to scale - SOPs, training, escalation systems, tooling, and the store-level QCOM ops team.
• Hire, develop, and manage QCOM ops talent at store and central levels.
• Diagnose and resolve on-ground issues - when OTIF drops in a town or a launch underperforms, go in and identify whether it's a picker, rider, inventory, or product problem, and fix it.
• Work closely with the QCOM Lead, Category, Store Ops, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track daily operational performance and drive quick issue resolution across the 3-6 years of experience, ideally a blend of strategy / program management and hands-on operations.
• Prior experience in Quick Commerce is strongly preferred - city ops, business ops, category ops, or program management roles at companies like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BBNow, Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo.
• Strong with numbers - able to build a unit economics model in Excel and defend every assumption.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Sharp problem-solving ability and bias for on-ground execution.
• Bonus: experience operating in Tier 2/3/4 India markets.
