Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Activation Manager to drive on-ground
engagement across corporates, SMEs, and professional associations. This
role combines BTL activations, product education, and lead generation.
Role and Responsibilities
-
Engagement with corporates through health camps, insurance awareness,
wellness programs etc.
- Nudge employees towards purchasing a retail policy
- Should have good product knowledge
- Generate sales leads that will close on the website or app
- Manage events for SMEs and related associations
Education & Experience Requirements
-
A bachelor's or Master's Degree, Pref. MBA with some insurance sales
experience
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills

Good with event planning, organizing and execution leading to lead
generation
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
