Role Title: Business Head - China, Transportation Business Unit
Geography: China
Preferred Location: Shenzhen or Shanghai
Experience: 20+ years, with proven leadership in automotive engineering, software, delivery and business growth.

Domain Preference: Automotive electronics and software; SDV, connected vehicle, ADAS, cockpit, electrification, validation and embedded systems preferred.
Primary Mandate: Build and lead China TBU operations, customer relationships, delivery governance, local ecosystem engagement and P&L.

Key Responsibilities - China
 Own China TBU P&L, customer growth, delivery performance, commercial governance and operational execution.
 Build senior relationships with Chinese OEMs, Tier-1s, technology partners and local ecosystem stakeholders.
 Identify and convert opportunities in SDV, E/E architecture, cockpit, ADAS, electrification, validation and connected vehicle domains.
 Lead local delivery governance and interface with India delivery centres for scale, quality and predictable execution.
 Support localisation needs, customer-specific delivery models, partner evaluation and China-specific business practices.
 Provide market intelligence, competitive insight and strategic recommendations for TBU growth in China.
