Job Description

We are looking for experienced Pega Certified Professionals to join our team in Bangalore . Candidates must hold a valid Pega certification and have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications using the Pega platform.

Open Positions

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Pega CSA, CSSA, or LSA Certification (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience in Pega application development
• Experience with case management, workflows, decisioning, integrations, and business process automation
• Knowledge of Pega PRPC architecture and best practices
• Experience in designing scalable and reusable Pega solutions
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Knowledge of Pega Constellation (preferred)
• Agile/Scrum development experience
• Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience is a plus
