We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Residential Sales
Head to lead the sales function for our residential projects in Pune. The
ideal candidate should have extensive experience in mass housing sales
with reputed real estate developers in Pune and a proven track record of
consistently delivering sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead residential sales for ongoing and upcoming projects in Pune.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and inventory
targets.
Build, mentor and lead a high-performing sales team.
Develop and strengthen channel partner relationships across Pune.
Drive customer acquisition through direct and channel sales.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, MIS and market intelligence.
Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns, launches and lead generation.
Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with RERA processes.
Candidate Profile
10 – 15 years of residential real estate sales experience.
Strong exposure to mass housing projects with reputed developers in
Pune.
Excellent knowledge of the Pune residential market and channel partner
network.
Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and achieving
targets.
Preferred Criteria
Local Pune candidate preferred
Marathi language proficiency – Mandatory
Age: 35 – 40 years
Graduate; MBA preferred
Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹25 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and fitment).
