We are looking for a seasoned Client Servicing Leader to drive client
partnerships, business growth, and operational excellence for our Lucknow
office. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding
of integrated advertising, digital marketing, campaign management, and team
leadership.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing key client
relationships, leading cross-functional teams, identifying growth
opportunities, and ensuring successful execution of high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective
clients.
Act as the primary strategic advisor for key accounts.
Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective
communication and marketing solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Account & Campaign Leadership
Lead integrated marketing and digital campaigns from strategy to execution.
Collaborate closely with creative, digital, media, content, and production
teams.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and
profitability.
Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the client servicing team.
Drive collaboration across departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Establish performance benchmarks and support team growth.
Business Development
Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts.
Participate in new business pitches, presentations, and proposal
development.
Develop strategies to expand the agency's presence in the region.
Build long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
Branch Leadership
Support overall branch operations and growth objectives.
Ensure financial discipline, resource planning, and process efficiency.
Contribute to strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or integrated
communications agencies.
Proven experience managing large client accounts and leading client
servicing teams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, performance
marketing, content, media planning, and brand communication.
Experience handling multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities.
Ability to manage teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Government, PSU, Public Sector, or large
institutional accounts will be an advantage.
Strong regional business network and client relationships are preferred.
Experience in leading branch operations or P&L responsibilities will be
highly valued.
