Looking for "Business Development Manager – Corporate Interiors & Fitouts".

TAPL is looking for an energetic, client-focused Business Development Manager to join its growing team and help expand the presence across the Delhi NCR market. If you enjoy meeting clients, building relationships, and converting opportunities into successful projects, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do >>
Drive new business opportunities across Delhi NCR
Engage with corporate clients, retail brands, factory owners, developers, and business owners
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while achieving revenue targets
Collaborate with design and execution teams to deliver winning proposals and seamless project handovers
Develop long-term client relationships and identify new growth opportunities
Base Location: Noida (Delhi NCR)
Experience: 3-8 Years

We're looking for someone who has >>
3–8 years of B2B business development or sales experience (preferably in corporate interiors, fit-outs, architecture, construction, or allied industries)
Strong communication and presentation skills in English & Hindi
A confident, target-oriented, and relationship-driven personality
Good understanding of the Delhi NCR market
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

Requirements >>
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Own vehicle (2/4-Wheeler) 
Ready to travel extensively across Delhi NCR
