Pilot RCCP Chargeback Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Pilot RCCP Chargeback Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing
supplier chargeback and cost recovery processes within the manufacturing and
automotive sector. This position is pivotal for ensuring accurate financial
recovery tracking, contract management, and reporting, thereby facilitating
efficient operations and contributing to the overall success of the
organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate supplier chargeback or recourse activities and track their status
from initiation to completion.

Manage responsibility matrices and ensure thorough follow-up on
contract-related obligations.

Analyze partner invoices, ensuring alignment with chargeback logic and
Sharck integration workflow references.

Prepare summaries of recovered amounts and create periodic management
reports for internal stakeholders.

Support internal reviews concerning open claims, billing issues, and monitor
resolution progress.

Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure transparent communication and
efficient resolution of financial discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in supplier claims, chargeback, commercial
quality, procurement operations, or automotive finance support.

Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in invoice reconciliation and
financial tracking.

Ability to manage contracts, issue logs, and structured recovery tracking
effectively.

Excellent English communication skills for interpreting activities and
reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of the French language would be advantageous, given the nature
of documentation.
