EXPERIENCE

Years of Experience	Minimum 2 – 05 years (Degree)
	Minimum 04 - 07 years (Diploma)

• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components
• Understanding of QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Knowledge of verifying:
  • COC (Certificate of Conformity)
  • TC (Test Certificates)
  • Type Test Reports
• Experience in:
  • Inspection of DG sets or rotating equipment
  • Manufacturing and testing of engines and alternators
• Familiarity with:
  • DGS&D / GeM / Government procurement standards
  • Relevant Indian Standards (IS), including:
    • IS 10002 – DG Set Specifications
    • IS 4722 – Rotating Electrical Machines
    • IS 13018 – Engine Performance

Nature of Experience

• Understanding of:
  • QCP (Quality Control Plan) requirements
  • Routine test, Type test, and Acceptance Tests (ATP / FAT)
• Inspection knowledge of major assemblies:
  • Engine assembly
  • Alternator
  • Control panel and wiring
• Strong expertise in:
  • DG set inspection procedures and requirements
  • Review and validation of inspection documents
• Ability to:
  • Read and interpret electrical schematic drawings
• Working knowledge of testing and inspection of:
  • Motors
  • Transformers
  • UPS systems
  • Electrical control panels
  • Switchboards and starters
