Role Summary

Responsible for gap & flush inspection of assemblies using Gap Gun Pro 2, ensuring 100% identification of gap and flush issues and completion of inspection within defined TAT.

Key Responsibilities

·   Perform gap & flush measurements on assembled car body

·   Ensure complete inspection coverage of all defined points

·   Identify and report gap variation and flushness deviations (high/low)

·   Compare results with specifications and highlight deviations

·   Generate accurate inspection reports

·   Maintain proper handling of equipment

Required Skills

·   Hands-on experience with Gap Gun Pro 2 (Third dimension)

·   Knowledge of gap & flush standards and fitment quality

·   Basic understanding of GD&T

Diploma– Mechanical / Automotive
