Accountant

 

Our client  is a fast-growing manufacturing company setting up a modern aluminum recycling plant in Gujarat. The company is focused on sustainable manufacturing and producing high-quality aluminum ingots for the automotive and engineering industries.

 

Designation - Junior Accountant (Aluminum Ingot Manufacturing)

 

Location -  Nandasan, Ahmedabad.

 

Working days - ( Mon - Sat)

 

 

Key Responsibilities -
 Expense Management Maintain accurate records of daily expenses and transactions.
 Cash Flow Reporting Prepare cash flow statements in close coordination with the CFO.
 Payment Management Track incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely supplier
settlements.
 PDC Log Maintenance Maintain a log book for post-dated cheques (PDCs) and ensure fund
availability.
 Financial Reporting Prepare reports as required by the CFO, including payment plans and
cash flow issues.
 Audit Coordination Coordinate and conduct quarterly and yearly stock audits independently
with CFO guidance.
 Variance Reporting Raise issues related to cash flow, stock variance, and discrepancies to
the CFO and CEO.
 Software Proficiency Use Tally and other accounting software along with MS Office
packages for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications -
 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
 7–10 years of experience in accounting within manufacturing or similar industry.
 Strong knowledge of cash flow management, supplier payments, and audit processes.
 Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and relevant accounting software.
 Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
