Vacation Manager (Sales team)

Role and Responsibilities: 

A vacation manager will exclusively manage the entire sales process for a set of homes. This begins with being the first point of contact for queries on various online platform like Airbnb and Make My Trip, and offline queries via telephone calls, references and our website.

1.  Guest screening - ascertain the quality and pedigree of queries, and be a first-hand filter to potential guests.

2.  Curated Vacation planning - understand the guest requirements, group size and nature of vacation and suggest a vacation home and other related aspects that best suits their needs.

3.  Coordination with local site teams - communicating with local chiefs with a focus on small nuances and requirements of each group.

4.  Payment coordination - to ensure all payments are made in full, in advance, as per the company policy. To coordinate with internal accounts on the same, as required.

5.  Guest review management - to follow up and get feedback from guests on online platforms.

6.  Calendar and Pricing management - to ensure dates are released and blocked as per applicable strategy, at the time. Also to manage pricing and promotions.
