Job Summary

Valency International Pte Ltd is seeking a Civil In-Charge to lead and manage all civil engineering activities across its operations in Africa. The role involves planning, execution, supervision, quality assurance, contractor management, cost control, and timely delivery of industrial construction projects while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, HSE standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, supervise, and monitor all civil construction activities.
• Manage industrial construction projects including factories, warehouses, roads, drainage systems, foundations, RCC structures, steel structure foundations, boundary walls, office buildings, utility buildings, water tanks, ETP/WTP civil works, and infrastructure development.
• Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, contractor bills, and work measurements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved specifications, statutory regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, material utilization, and contractor performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance and repair of civil infrastructure across facilities.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial construction projects.
