Key Responsibilities

• Drive retail and project sales for tiles and building material products.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop and strengthen the dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
• Generate business through architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
• Manage key project accounts from enquiry to order closure.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in Tiles, Ceramics, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, Paints, Sanitaryware, Plywood, Laminates, or related products .
• Strong experience in both Retail and Project Sales .
• Good network with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors in the Ranchi market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
