Fullstack Developer

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer in React, Node.js, Python, Mongo DB to help us build and maintain innovative web applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, demonstrating a deep understanding of modern web development practices. You should have an experience in developing AWS Crons, Lambda scripts, Mongo DB, Python. As a key member of our development team, you will be expected to lead the development team, contribute to designing, developing, implementing scalable and high-performance applications and perform code reviews before deployments

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Lead the development team and guide the developers for end to end implementation of the technical solutions

- Develop robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications using Node.js.

- Create responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Perform Code reviews before deployments

- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.

Required Skills

- Proficient in building server-side applications using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js).

- Proficient with React.js and its core principles, including React hooks and state management.

- Proficient with API’s, Lambda and AWS functionalities

- Strong hold in database technologies —  MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Python technology

- Experience with Git and JIRA.

- Experience in AWS Cloud and deployment process in productions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think algorithmically.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
