Roles and Responsibilities

➢ Management of Project, Cost and Commercial Function Including rate analysis, cash flow, budgets,
and forecasts.
➢ Preparation of Budgets, Estimation, Tender/ bid & bid circulation, Comparison, Negotiation,
Finalisation, Issuing work Order, (All Preconstruction commercial work including Quantity Surveying)
➢ Commercial/ Cost Management during construction (Change Order, Bill Checking, certification,
payment, entire ERP Life Cycle.
➢ Commercial Clearance, Final Bills Etc.
➢ Vendor/ Contractor identification & development.
➢ Project Tracking / Commercial Vs Physical Progress
➢ Techno Commercial / Contracts MIS
➢ Value Engineering without compromising on Time & Quality.
➢ Periodic Site Visits for all techno commercial matters

➢ Coordination with Design & Execution teams for all Techno-Commercial matters
➢ Coordination with Finance / Accounts teams for Contractor / Vendor Payments ➢ Preparation of Cash
