Expected Candidate Attributes:
 
 Experience: 15+ years with experience in real estate / building projects of large size with
minimum 6 years in QA-QC Domain
 Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech Civil (Minimum),.
 Professional Qualification:- ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45000:2018 added advantage
 Industry: Real Estate / PMC / Building Construction / Contracting / EPC / TPI
 Salary / CTC range:  based on experience and suitability.  
 Base Location: HO
Roles and Responsibilities  
 
Overall responsibility (For multiple large size low rise, high rise, tall commercial, residential & mixed use
projects) includes following but not limited to It.:
 Create, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards, including
documentation
 Exposure to latest construction practices
 Preparation of checklists, formats related to quality and safety
 Random review of checklist, formats and test reports
 Ensuring regular material testing in Independent third party Laboratory
 Assisting and Guiding Project team for better quality of work and improving site safety
 Knowledge of material testing and Concrete mix design
 Analyse construction process and observations to identify trends, defects, and areas for
improvement, then develop and implement corrective actions. 
 Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and regulations. 
 Investigate quality and safety issues to determine the root cause and lead the resolution process
with relevant teams. 
 Mentor and train junior engineers and work with various teams (mix design, improvement in
construction practices) to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle. 
 Monitor key quality metrics, analyse performance data, and prepare detailed reports for
stakeholders. 
 Ensure best practises for QA/QC .
