Job Overview
The Deputy Manager - Corporate Security will be responsible for managing
the comprehensive security of the corporate office, personnel, visitors,
and visa application centers. Additionally, this role involves monitoring
global security operations and ensuring the integrity of security systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description
Security Operations and Personnel Management

Manage security personnel across Visa application centers, including
deployment and performance reviews.

Control security operations to implement life safety measures and
prevent incidents at Visa application centers.

Oversee the implementation of security policies and procedures, ensuring
compliance with information security standards.

Establish and monitor automation security systems to enhance security
measures.

Participate in security operations and monitoring activities,
maintaining logs and submitting reports for Visa application centers.
Incident Management and Compliance

Manage the reporting and handling of security incidents, ensuring prompt
communication of issues to management.

Assist in investigations of security breaches and review reports on
criminal activities, conducting necessary follow-ups.

Support testing and maintenance of security technologies and
implementation of policy changes.

Assist the security manager in administering common security controls.

Enforce compliance with information security policies and oversee
changes to security protocols.
Training, Advisory, and Systems Security

Conduct security awareness training for staff to promote a secure
working environment.

Collaborate with Operations teams to provide advisory on security
measures and ensure critical service levels are met.

Monitor network and system security independently to ensure system
integrity.

Manage daily operations of the information security department,
supporting proactive security measures.

Education
Graduate/postgraduate degree or global equivalent degree in the related
field.
Experience
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
