Head of Civil Engineering

Hiring | Civil Head – Substation & Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Projects | Riyadh | KSA

 

We are hiring an experienced Civil Head for a leading EPC organization executing large-scale Substation & Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Location: Riyadh/Saudi Arabia (KSA)

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete civil engineering function for HV/EHV Substation and T&D EPC projects.
• Manage engineering, construction, procurement support, commissioning, and project handover.
• Review and approve civil designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective execution of civil works.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with engineering, project management, QA/QC, procurement, and construction teams.

 

Mandatory Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 20–22 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 15 years of GCC experience (Saudi Arabia preferred).
• Mandatory Strong EPC experience in HV/EHV Substation & Transmission and Distribution projects .
• Experience leading large civil teams and managing complete project execution.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, contracts, QA/QC, and project management.
