Head of Development

Job Summary:

As the Head of Development in Riyadh, you will lead and oversee all aspects of our development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency, significantly impacting our growth and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of development projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, governmental bodies, and partners.
• Evaluate project proposals and provide recommendations based on strategic direction and feasibility.
• Implement best practices in development processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and ensure compliance.
• Mentor and develop the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in development management, preferably in real estate or urban development.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations and zoning laws in Riyadh.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sustainable development and green building practices.
• Established network within the local real estate and development community.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Background in agile project management approaches.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within development processes.
