IT Recruiter
Job Summary:
As an IT Recruiter at Vrinda Global, you will play a critical role in sourcing
and attracting top talent to meet our staffing needs. Your expertise in staff
augmentation and contract staffing will ensure that our IT teams are equipped
with skilled professionals who drive our projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified
IT candidates.

Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social
media, and networking events.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates'
technical skills and cultural fit.

Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation and onboarding of
successful candidates.

Maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs
and provide exceptional service.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and
reduce time-to-fill.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and draft
enticing job descriptions.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.

2 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in staff
augmentation and contract staffing.

Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies, with the ability
to assess candidates effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment
software.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with international recruitment or working with diverse teams.

Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM, ITIL) is a plus.

Familiarity with passive candidate sourcing techniques.

Knowledge of industry trends in IT and staffing solutions.
