Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary:

The Senior AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving innovative machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions within our organization. This position involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models to enhance our product offerings and improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust machine learning algorithms and AI models that address complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand stakeholder needs for AI-related projects.
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for AI model training.
• Optimize model performance through experimentation and fine-tuning, focusing on accuracy and processing efficiency.
• Create detailed documentation of AI models, methodologies, and systems to ensure reproducibility and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and machine learning to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in developing machine learning models and AI applications.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data processing techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for model deployment and scaling.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Publications or contributions to open-source projects related to AI and machine learning.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
