Job Description: IT Recruiter – Contract Staffing & Staff Augmentation
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven IT Recruiter with a proven track
record in Contract Staffing and Staff Augmentation. In this role, you will be
responsible for managing the fast-paced, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to
fulfill contract-to-hire (C2H), temporary staffing, and staff augmentation
needs for premium IT clients.
📋 Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete contract staffing lifecycle from
initial requirement gathering to candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling,
offer release, and onboarding.
Proactive Sourcing: Leverage premium channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and internal databases to identify top contract talent.
Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates on their technical competencies, soft skills, cultural fit, and explicitly verify their availability for contract/C2H arrangements.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless interview coordination and timely feedback loops.
Offer & Compensation Management: Handle salary negotiations, manage contract terms, and ensure high offer-to-join conversion rates.
Pipeline Building: Continuously cultivate and maintain a warm, robust network of IT professionals for rapid deployment.
🛡️ Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of core experience in IT Recruitment.
Domain Expertise: Mandatory hands-on experience specifically within Contract Staffing, C2H, and Staff Augmentation.
Sourcing Mastery: Advanced skills in sourcing on job portals (Naukri) and professional networks (LinkedIn).
Communication: Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities.
Education: Any Graduate.
