Director of Development - Spain
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Development to lead our luxury
residential projects in Spain. The ideal candidate will drive project success
and enhance our brand's presence in the market, ensuring a seamless
development process from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of luxury residential
development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with architecture, design, and construction teams to create
innovative and high-quality residential spaces.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, while implementing
effective risk management strategies.

Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders including local
authorities, contractors, and community organizations.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and
opportunities in the luxury residential sector.

Oversee compliance with zoning regulations and building codes to ensure safe
and sustainable development practices.

Mentor and lead a team of professionals throughout the project lifecycle,
fostering an environment of collaboration and accountability.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Business Administration or a
related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development, specifically
in luxury residential projects.

Proven track record of managing large-scale development projects from
concept to delivery.

Strong understanding of the Spanish real estate market and regulatory
environment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to negotiate effectively.

Ability to analyze financial reports and market data to drive project
decisions.

Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sustainable building practices and green certification
processes.

Established network within the luxury residential market, including
developers, architects, and contractors.

Previous experience working in an international real estate environment or
with foreign investors.
