Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager (EMEA) to drive business growth for our Power Solutions Group across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B technical sales, business development, and solution selling within the electrical power / energy sector .

This role will focus on expanding market presence, managing strategic customer relationships, driving software and hardware sales, and supporting technical pre-sales activities for power system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development across the EMEA region for power solutions products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with power utilities, engineering consultants, contractors, and enterprise clients.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution architecture, technical proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, channel partners, and consultants to maximize business opportunities.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to strengthen market positioning.
  • Drive upselling, renewals, and long-term customer engagement.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, commercial planning, and market expansion initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / STEM .
  • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in the electrical power / energy sector .
  • Strong experience in technical sales, solution selling, or business development .
  • Good understanding of electrical power systems, utilities, grid solutions, and industrial power infrastructure .
