Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Sales Manager (EMEA)
to drive business growth for our Power Solutions Group
across
Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)
. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
B2B technical sales, business development, and solution
selling
within the
electrical power / energy sector
.
This role will focus on expanding market presence, managing
strategic customer relationships, driving software and
hardware sales, and supporting technical pre-sales
activities for power system solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development across the EMEA
region for power solutions products and services.

Identify new business opportunities and build a strong
sales pipeline.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal
closure.

Build strong relationships with power utilities,
engineering consultants, contractors, and enterprise
clients.

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations,
webinars, and training sessions.

Support pre-sales activities including solution
architecture, technical proposals, and RFP responses.

Collaborate with internal teams, channel partners, and
consultants to maximize business opportunities.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer
requirements to strengthen market positioning.

Drive upselling, renewals, and long-term customer
engagement.

Contribute to sales strategy, commercial planning, and
market expansion initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering / STEM
.

Minimum
7+ years of sales experience
in the
electrical power / energy sector
.

Strong experience in
technical sales, solution selling, or business
development
.

Good understanding of
electrical power systems, utilities, grid solutions, and
industrial power infrastructure
.
