BIM Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project information and BIM data across multidisciplinary teams.
• Establish and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring document control and version management.
• Implement information management standards, naming conventions, and data governance in line with ISO 19650.
• Coordinate information exchanges and ensure timely delivery of BIM documentation and project data.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.
• Support Asset Information Model (AIM) development and digital handover.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive effective information management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of BIM Information Management experience on major infrastructure or construction projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM information management principles.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Aconex, or similar CDE platforms.
• Familiarity with BIM data governance, digital handover, model validation, and classification systems (UniClass/OmniClass).
