Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer (HSE Officer) to ensure Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance across Power Transmission & Distribution projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical substations, power plants, or electrical infrastructure projects with strong knowledge of HSE regulations, permit systems, and site safety management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with client HSE requirements, Saudi regulations, and company safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification activities.
• Monitor high-risk activities including electrical works, lifting operations, excavation, hot work, and work at height.
• Review Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statements.
• Manage Permit to Work (PTW) systems and ensure safe execution of work.
• Monitor PPE compliance and promote safe work practices across project sites.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and maintain safety documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and promote a zero-incident safety culture.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Science (Non-Engineering), Occupational Safety, or a related discipline.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Mandatory
• IOSH Managing Safely / OSHA Certification – Preferred.
• Valid Passport is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• 6–10 years of HSE experience in Power Transmission & Distribution, Electrical Substations, Power Plants, or EPC Infrastructure Projects .
• Experience working on Saudi Arabia projects will be an added advantage.
