Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) in the assigned territory.
• Generate business from contractors, builders, developers, infrastructure companies, consultants, and project customers.
• Develop new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
• Identify upcoming projects and convert them into business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of sales experience , preferably in RMC, Cement, Concrete, Building Materials, Construction Materials, or related industries .
• Strong network with contractors, builders, developers, consultants, and project customers .
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of the construction and infrastructure market.
• Ability to independently manage the assigned territory and drive business growth.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in companies dealing with Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), cement, concrete products, or other construction materials will be preferred.
