Job Description

Role: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head – Bangladesh Yarn Sales to drive and expand our yarn sales business in Bangladesh. The role will be responsible for developing the Bangladesh market, driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and strengthening the company's presence across the country's textile industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and expand the company's yarn sales across Bangladesh.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and onboard new customers, textile manufacturers, traders, and distributors in Bangladesh.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Manage sales across all yarn categories, including cotton, polyester, viscose, filament, blended, specialty, and technical yarns.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and sales agreements with customers.
  • Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Ensure smooth export coordination and compliance with Bangladesh import regulations.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry exhibitions, and trade events in Bangladesh.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Textile Technology, Business Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in yarn sales, with significant exposure to the Bangladesh market.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangladesh textile and yarn industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business in Bangladesh.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong network with textile mills, garment manufacturers, importers, buying houses, and distributors in Bangladesh.
