Wippi is building an AI-led interactive learning ecosystem for children aged 3 - 9. Our flagship product is a screen-free AI companion that brings stories to life through conversational characters, interactive play, and thoughtfully designed learning experiences.

About the Role
This isn't a "manage the agency" role. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, own-the-P&L, build-the-function-from-scratch leadership role.
As Head of Marketing, you'll report directly to the founders and be responsible for everything marketing - brand, performance, content, community, retention, offline, and beyond. You'll set the strategy and be accountable for growth.
You'll own:
Growth Strategy - Define and execute Wippi's go-to-market and customer
acquisition strategy across online and offline channels
Performance Marketing - Build and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google,
YouTube, and marketplaces
Brand Building - Shape Wippi's brand voice, positioning, and narrative in a
way that resonates deeply with modern Indian parents
Content & Community - Drive content strategy across social, influencer
partnerships, and community-led growth in the parenting ecosystem
Retention & CRM - Build lifecycle marketing and CRM automation to maximize
repeat purchases and referrals
Offline Activations - Plan and execute on-ground activations — school
partnerships, parenting events, pop-ups, experience zones — to drive awareness
and trial
Creative Strategy - Lead structured creative testing frameworks, identify
high-performing narratives, and scale winning creative across channels
Team Building - Hire, mentor, and lead a lean, high-output marketing team
Analytics & Reporting - Build marketing dashboards, forecast growth
targets, and drive data-informed decision-making across the function
What You Bring
6 - 8 years of marketing experience, with experience in a D2C brand in a
leadership capacity
Deep hands-on expertise in performance marketing
Experience managing and optimizing large ad budgets
Track record of building and leading marketing teams in fast-paced startup or
scale-up environments
Strong understanding of creative testing, audience segmentation, and funnel
optimization
Experience with retention marketing, CRM automation, and lifecycle campaigns
Comfort with both online and offline marketing - you've planned activations,
not just ad campaigns
Sharp commercial instinct you think in terms of unit economics, not just
impressions
Experience with high AOV D2C brands
Background in kids' products, toys, edtech, or parenting categories
Experience scaling a brand through a blitz growth phase from early traction to
market leadership
You've built a marketing function from the ground up, not just inherited one
