Are you an operations professional with experience in a D2C brand ? We're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead warehousing, inventory, and logistics operations for a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end-to-end warehousing, inventory, and logistics operations.
✔ Handle Pan India and international shipping & distribution.
✔ Coordinate with multiple suppliers for seamless procurement and timely deliveries.
✔ Manage operations across the company's website and Amazon marketplace.
✔ Optimize warehouse efficiency and inventory planning.
✔ Leverage operational data to improve processes and drive business performance.

Must-Have Skills:
✅ 5+ years of experience with a D2C brand.
✅ Hands-on experience in Pan India & global logistics.
✅ Experience managing own website and Amazon operations.
✅ Strong expertise in warehousing & inventory management.
✅ Supplier coordination and vendor management experience.
✅ Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
