Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join
the Portfolio Management team. This role involves quarterly reporting on
the Real estate portfolio, tracking operational metrics, supporting
Limited Partner (LP) reporting, and contributing to management decisions.
Advanced Excel skills are essential, and prior experience in the real
estate business, particularly in reporting, is highly preferred. Exposure
to tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Quarterly Reporting:
Assist in preparing and delivering detailed quarterly reports on the
real estate portfolio, including operational metrics, financial
performance, and portfolio insights.

LP Reporting:
Contribute to the preparation of quarterly updates and letters for
Limited Partners, ensuring accuracy and alignment with portfolio
performance.

Operational Metrics:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key operating metrics to provide
actionable insights into portfolio performance and trends.

Advanced Data Analysis:
Leverage advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, macros, and
complex formulas) to streamline reporting processes and perform in-depth
data analysis.

Real Estate Expertise:
Apply knowledge and experience in the real estate business to ensure
accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of portfolio performance.

Technology Utilization:
Use tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to extract, visualize, and
analyze data, enhancing reporting efficiency and clarity.

Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams, including asset management,
finance, and operations, to gather and validate data for reporting
purposes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree – Major in Finance from a reputed university
- Understanding of Real Estate / Private Equity business

Exceptional quantitative aptitude and skill set with a mastery of
Microsoft Office applications

Previous background with asset management or portfolio management
preferable
- Knowledge of advanced excel is must
- Acute focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation
- Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Sound judgment and discretion
- CFA/CAIA designation a plus
