Senior   Analyst – Technology Finance (FP&A)

Job Type: Senior Analyst

Department: Blackstone Technology Finance (BXTI)

Experience: 1-4 years

Shift: 2:00pm to 11:30pm IST

WFH: 3 Days WFO & 2 Days WFH

Description:

Blackstone’s Technology Finance department in partnership with Wipro India Limited seeks a highly motivated, intelligent, self-starter with excellent communication skills and a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Candidates need to support Blackstone’s Technology Finance department and primarily responsible for financial planning & analysis, budgeting & forecasting and reporting.

Ensure stakeholders & business owners guidelines are followed. Ensuring that SLAs are met & everything is scrutinized properly. Must adhere to or follow Blackstone policies & guidelines and be compliant.

Person should be able to make recommendations for break fix that are there in the process or propose improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

·        Budgeting & forecasting on technology finances.

·        Work on financial planning & analysis for technology related finances.

·        Work on financial accounting activities for technology related finances.

·        Prepare financial reports.

·        Prepare monthly & quarterly reports.

·        Prepare monthly accrual reports along.

·        Spend Analysis Report

·        Prepare ad hoc monthly expense reports.

·        Review and QA quarterly expense reports.

·        Analyze the current process and recommend methods to improve the process.

Requirements

·        Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration.

·        Must have experience in budgeting & forecasting for Operating expenditure.

·        Must have understanding on financial accounting & reporting.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced level of knowledge.

·        Must have done packaging in excel/ automation.

·        Experience in working with GL & reporting systems like Oracle, SAP, Hubble, Essbase will be a plus.

·        Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

·        Strong communication skills - both oral and written.

·        Ability to work independently but also be a team player.

·        Must be a self-starter.
