Role Overview

The Analyst will support Fund Reporting activities with a focus on valuation reporting and quarterly forecasting. The role will involve preparing and validating reporting deliverables, reconciling data across multiple sources, and supporting the Now Expected forecasting process, including forecasting sales and distributions and calculating key valuation metrics such as XIRR, IRR, and MOIC based on forecasted cash flows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Fund Reporting activities, including valuation reporting, investor reporting, and fund-level reporting.
  • Prepare and update Now Expected forecasting files to forecast sales and distributions for onboarded deals over a long-term forecast period.
  • Calculate and validate key valuation metrics including XIRR, IRR, and MOIC using forecasted cash flows and distributions.
  • Reconcile datasets across multiple reporting and forecasting source files to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with US stakeholders for reporting deliverables, forecasting inputs, review comments, and process timelines.
  • Maintain strong focus on data accuracy, process controls, compliance, and risk management.
  • Help prepare and review materials for regulatory reporting.
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as part of a team.
  • Develop an understanding of compliance requirements and risk management practices.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s degree (Finance, Banking, Economics, Mathematics, or related field preferred).
  • 1-3 years of professional experience (internships in finance or related fields are a plus).
  • Strong quantitative aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, and written).
  • Team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in pursuing professional certifications such as CFA (preferred but not required).
